Basic information about National Youth Days

National Youth Days are going on in spirit of world youth days. They take place once every five years in Czech republic. They are accompanied by a cultural and spiritual programme. It's usually attended by most young Christians aged 14-26.
This year's motto is: “Stand up. I appoint you as a witness of what you have seen.” (Acts 26:16)
Programme
Our programme will be varied and rich, so that everyone can find something interesting: lectures, very good speakers, concerts, Eucharistic celebrations, inspiring catecheses…
There will be even a programme for families on Saturday the 13th of August 2022.

Where & when
National youth days take place from 9th to 14th August 2022 in Hradec Králové. Today´s university city, before the royal dowry town. By the way, the city of music festivals and the seat of the bishop of the Diocese of Hradec Králové.
Who
This meeting is for young people between 14 and 26 years, who want to spend a few days in the company of their peers. Maximum age limit doesn´t hold for members of preparatory teams, priests, religious, co-workers. Exceptions are dealt with individually at info@celostatnisetkanimladeze.cz.
Youth card
Teenagers under 18 years must have a “Youth card” completed by their parents or a legal representative. This must be carefully filled in on the application. The legal representative confirms that the child will be supervised during the meeting by an accompanying person, who will be indicated in this document.
Application
You can apply via the online application form. Registration is binding. You will receive a verification email, basic information and payment instructions to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the verification email for a long time, please check your spam folder.
Changes to the application
In case of any changes to the information you have filled in after submitting your application, or in case of problems with the application, please contact us at prihlaska@celostatnisetkanimladeze.cz.
Do not fill in the online application more than once!
Please fill in all the information accurately, especially your medical information.
This prevents any problems that might arise in the event of health problems; the details are important so that we can provide appropriate medical care.
Price
This year we offer three levels of entry fees for you to choose from, so that everyone can choose the one that suits them the best and so that price is not a barrier to participation for anyone.

Real price
The real cost per person is 3000 CZK. This is the price that the meeting really costs and would cost without various sponsors, thanks to which the price may be even lower. So if you can afford the full price and would like to support the meeting, we would certainly be grateful for your generosity.
Sponsorship
Want to make a donation to the meeting for people who can't afford it? Just pay more than the full price with as much of an excess as you're comfortable with. Even a member of the preparatory team can pay more.

Cancellation fees
Cancellation before 31st May - no cancellation fee.
Cancellation until 30th June - cancellation fee 500 CZK or find a replacement.
Cancellation until 31st July - cancellation fee 1000 CZK or find a replacement.
Cancellation until/after 1 August - cancellation fee 100% or find a replacement.

Accommodation
Provided at school facilities - girls and boys separated. Take a sleeping bag and sleeping mat with you.
Alimentation
Provided in the school canteens. If you have any eating restrictions, please indicate this in the application. Everyone will be taken care of :)

About preparatory teams
We would be happy to have you offer your skills to help others. Anyone who is 18-30 years and has already participated in a national or world youth days can apply for a preparatory team. Exceptions will be handled on an individual basis. Click here here for more information.
